For our North American headquarters, located in La Mirada, California, we have an immediate opening for a Residential Solutions Coordinator. Job Description: This position provides sales, customer service and administrative support to the Residential Solutions Department.  This position will also serve to staff the IQAir Clean Air Experience Center as an alternating Residential Solutions associate.  A high-level of accuracy and professionalism are required, as the position involves working with customers, prospects and other companies on behalf of the IQAir. Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, problem-solving, excellent communication and organizational skills are of primary importance in this position. The ability to work resourcefully under pressure and to efficiently deal with multiple priorities simultaneously will be keys to success in this position. IQAir North America is preparing to open a retail store at our company headquarters in La Mirada, CA.  The Residential Solutions Coordinator will be serving customers in our retail showroom by helping customers select the air quality solution that best meets their needs. Responsibilities for Residential Solutions Coordinator: Provide Residential Solutions support and administration functions in order to increase Residential Solutions productivity Call center management Data and order entry Customer service Customer technical support Maintains Residential Solutions supplies, equipment, and literature Monitor and track Residential Solutions through reports Develop agendas for weekly Residential Solutions team meetings Maintain end-user communication (mail, emails, and phone) Assist Residential Solutions Manager with tasks/projects as needed Residential Solutions training preparation and coordination Tradeshow preparation and coordination Travel arrangements Assist Chief Executive Officer as necessary Assist the Territory Managers with their communication with Dealers and Contractors as needed Ensure Dealers are in compliance with Dealer Agreement Ability to establish and build effective working relationships and partnerships with clients Assist in anticipating and addressing client needs Maintain a positive and professional attitude and foster teamwork Use NetSuite CRM program Welcome customer to the IQAir Clean Air Experience Center by greeting them and asking questions to learn about their needs Directs customers to our Help Me Choose application by escorting them to an available tablet Once customer is provided a Personalized Air Cleaning Evaluation the Residential Solutions Coordinator provides a demonstration and explanation of the recommended air quality solution   Documents sale by creating or updating customer record Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, credit cards, or provide appropriate finance options Qualifications Proven demonstration of problem solving and critical thinking skills Excellent time management and organizational skills;  ability to follow through and resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner Highly effective communication skills, capable of adapting communication style to a varied audience Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word) Typing 60 WPM (minimum) Associates degree or equivalent years of experience. Continuing education in sales training. 2+ years of progressive sales support experience 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
