SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - ACCOUNTING MANAGER - NON-PROFIT   Well-established Kansas City non-profit organization is seeking a Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to add to their growing staff. Fun and creative environment to work in! The Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following duties: Assist with budget preparation Prepare and record journal entries Account reconciliations,  Prepare financial statements Account analysis Organize fiscal records Maintain fixed asset records Conduct research for and prepare business models and plans Some public accounting &/or a CPA is a plus, but not a must.  This is great opportunity to break-in with one of Kansas City's top employers.
