Description/Job Summary To manage all aspects of Product Marketing for Pride Mobility product lines including Power Chairs, Scooters and Lift Chairs Responsibilities/Duties •Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Research & Development to lead the brand strategic direction to maximize sales •Manage all product marketing activities for the Pride Mobility product lines including the development and execution of yearly product marketing plans •Conduct primary and secondary research to identify product benefits and features, provide competitive situation analysis and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders •Develop and execute compelling product promotional plans across the portfolio of Pride products utilizing all existing offline, public relations and online channels •Serve as Marketing liaison with sales and R&D teams and become marketing group expert on product features and target market •Collect key stakeholder feedback to inform product marketing strategy and the overall lifecycle of each product line •Ensure all product communications align with product marketing strategy & messaging •Consult with key customers and online retailers about product positioning to ensure product positioning is clearly communicated to the end users of the product •Stay informed and research all competitive marketing activity to ensure competitive product comparisons for Pride products •Manage all content and measurement of PrideMobility.com and its respective social media properties •Strategically assess market dynamics and create brand strategies that will have the best chance to help the company grow sales for Pride Products •Lead presence of Pride products for all industry related trade shows •Lead small team of product marketers including documenting and communicating objectives •Ensure all projects across the team of direct reports are delivered on strategy, on time and on budget •Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the team and the entire organization •Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management •Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training •Staff management including documenting and communicating objectives, conducting performance appraisals, and appropriately addressing individual or group performance issues •Assign, train, and develop staff based on experience and departmental goals •Develop goals and objectives, and measure outcomes to ensure goals are met •Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment •Develop a "Strong 2nd" for your area of responsibility •Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations •Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
