Blytheco, Inc. is seeking an innovative, practiced Software Development Team Manager to lead a small, national team of developers from our Laguna Hills, California office, reporting to the VP, Professional Services. Successful team members are self-motivated, reliable, have a high level of personal accountability, and are customer focused. Summary of ideal candidate: Demonstrated knowledge of professional software development best practices Will have a solid understanding of ERP software and concepts Ability to foster innovation and build a culture of delivering world-class customer experiences Possess a natural aptitude for collaboration with internal team members and stakeholders across the organization in order to identify opportunities to increase software functionality and performance through development and integration Provide forward-thinking vision and tactical recommendations to development team to achieve goals that are aligned with the strategic goals of the organization Have an leadership style that is firm and goal-oriented, yet motivates and engages the team Will exhibit a high level of energy, urgency and engagement Capable of removing impediments escalated by development team Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain concepts to broad range of audiences, including internal team members, stakeholders and customers Demonstrated  analytical, problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
