Acura Parts and Service Field Operations support Acura dealerships and National teams’ efforts to provide excellence in business consultation, training, coaching, management, marketing and technical assistance. This position will provide administrative assistance to support Zone goals and objectives. The Administrative Assistant will interface with Dealer, Zone, Field and National personnel to coordinate a variety of responsibilities and requests.Responsibilities:Prepare reports, dealer communications, internal billings and tracking as requiredProcess, log, distribute and file incoming paperwork Setup and coordinate meetings and conferencesResponsible for billings and cost center budget administrationCreate and maintain purchase request, maintain office systems, coordinate activities with departmental contract administrator as well as Zone administrative assistants, and any other projects or responsibilities as assigned
