Staffing Specialist Shift available: 3am - 3:30pm Job Summary: The Staffing Specialist will be working in a customer service driven and high energy environment. This position is responsible for the daily coordination of staffing needs for hospitals in multiple states. This is achieved by making daily contact and scheduling needs with the facilities Staffing Coordinator, Nurse Managers and Nursing Supervisors. - 3 days a week - Competitive Hourly Rate - Excellent Benefits - Great Work Environment - Career Advancement Opportunities Position Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required - 1+ years of Customer Service experience - Experience with staffing & scheduling systems preferred but not required - Must be available to work holidays and weekends - Rotating weekends Why Parallon?
