Car-Freshner Corporation has an exciting opportunity for an entry level Business Intelligence (BI) Business Analyst in our growing Business Applications Department.  This department is responsible for managing development, implementation, upgrades and maintenance of critical Business Applications including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Oracle Business Intelligence.  This includes learning Car-Freshner Corporation systems, answering user questions, troubleshooting issues, testing new features and managing ongoing enhancements.   This position reports to the Director of Business Applications. Key Responsibilities: Learn business systems and processes Develop and design functional and technical requirements for BI projects and to meet user requirements Design new effective and efficient BI solutions Test system functionality Verify solutions meet business and user needs Maintain additional software that interfaces with main business applications as assigned Create training and support documentation and conduct user training   Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of Data Warehousing techniques and terminology, ERP systems, BI software and SQL Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to trouble shoot system issues Ability to learn new technologies and software quickly Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
