VP of  NETWORK DEVELOPMENT Become part of the executive team with a leading health plan.   We are seeking a forward-thinking professional to help establish the department's long term strategic vision and drive the expansion and management of the provider network throughout the CALIFORNIA market.  You will work in close collaboration with the CEO for the CA plan as well as with the VP of Contracting. Partner with business unit leaders to identify and prioritize needs of the organization. Evaluate current procedures and practices for accomplishing the organization and department’s objectives to develop and implement best practices and to ensure compliance with all related laws, regulations and executive orders.  Minimum 5 years experience in a provider relations/network management leadership role in a  healthcare and/or managed care environment. Prefer experience in State and/or Federal health programs, and project management. Strong capability to develop provider relationships.  Prefer degree or equivalent to four (4) year college education.
