Admissions Representative - Vestal Campus Supports Recruiting and Enrollment Activities Generate admissions leads through networking, referrals, cold calls or other techniques. Place 100 calls per day to prospective leads. Meet with potential students to conduct campus tours that showcase the campus’ offerings and introduce students to school administrators, faculty and students. Consult with prospective students on the benefits of EBI’s programs and services. Provide guidance to prospective students throughout the enrollment process. Consult with students on financial aid options and identify and help resolve obstacles so that prospective students have the opportunity to achieve their education and career goals.   Participate in the on-going orientation and assimilation of new students to ensure a positive start to their new education experience.   Interviews and Builds Relationships with Prospective Students Pursue qualified candidates for enrollment and determine fit with EBI based on career goal compatibility. Schedule and conduct interviews (in person and via phone) with qualified applicants to educate applicants on campus offerings and programs. Provide advice and counsel regarding all educational programs, expected outcomes, student services, and financial consideration to students, parents, and educators. Maintain relationships with applicants to ensure on-going interest and successful enrollment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and in a group setting Excellent written and communication skills Use of personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Please email resume, references, and cover letter to: Kathleen M.
