Senior Staff AccountantAeroxchange LTD is currently seeking an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to support their accounting/finance department in Dallas, TX.About Us:Aeroxchange Ltd. is a privately held corporation headquartered in Irving, Texas. The company was created by 13 global airlines as a means of creating value for all trading partners in the aviation supply chain. Our hosted internet site provides an open, neutral marketplace between suppliers and airlines to streamline the procurement and repair of technical and commercial assets, facilitate on-line quote and proposal activity, facilitate auctions and reverse auctions of surplus assets and assist in AOG recovery. Simply stated, we provide aviation supply chain solutions. Job Responsibilities:General ledger reconciliations, maintain fixed assets, and prepare monthly accrualsPrepares financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger systemProcess journal entries for month-end close, including sub-ledger to ledger reconciliationsPerform variance analysesAssist with the preparation and administration of the annual budget, as well as periodic operating forecastsAssist in the annual financial audit and preparation of tax return work papersSpecial projects as assignedProtects organization's value by keeping information confidential.Ensure all transactions are accounted for in accordance with U.S. GAAPRequirementsEducation and Experience:Bachelor Degree in Accounting or a Bachelor degree in business with emphasis in accounting, requiredMinimum of 2-5 years of Accounting experienceAbilities and Skills:Knowledge of and experience with Great Plains and FRX reporting highly desirableIntermediate EXCEL skills requiredMust be analytical, detail oriented and meet deadlinesAbility to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and external entitiesCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary; commensurate with experienceBenefits package available:Medical, dental and vision insuranceLife/disability insurance401(k)Paid vacation, holiday and sick time To Apply: Please submit your resume via the "APPLY NOW" button.
