The Director of Business Development/Marketing Director is directly responsible for the organization of marketing efforts, relationships with managed care companies, and participation in the development of expanded and new lines of business. Oversight and management of community liaisons and sales staff, ensuring productivity, referral source satisfaction and Return on Investment for all community liaisons. Oversight and management of Mobile Crisis Assessment Team, ensuring 24/7 staffing, timely completion of assessments, and Return on Investment for each Mobile Assessor team member Data and reporting: Manages the hospital’s referral source database, generates timely and accurate required monthly reports including detailed contact reporting, conversion rates by team member, referral source trends, etc. Contract with third party payors for services at Seven Hills Hospital. Develop growth initiatives through identification of new growth-oriented business. Design, plan and organize efforts to have SHH represented in the communities in which it operates. Establish relationships on behalf of SHH with the goal of being viewed as a credible resource and contact person on issues pertaining to mental health and chemical dependency services. Receive and respond to requests for proposals for new business. Receive and respond to inquiries from a variety of community resources. Develop and implement public relations and community liaison strategies in order to get recognition for SHH as a leader in: Mental Health Services Chemical Dependency Services Crisis Intervention Services for contracted groups Co occurring disorder programs Develop sponsorship opportunities, speaking engagements, and organizational memberships. Networking and identifying new business targets and markets. Explaining and presenting the Company’s purpose and capabilities to new clients.
