So will yours.Further information about "working at Moody's" is available at our Careers Page at www.moodys.com  We actively seek an exceptional and experienced individual to join our Implementation Services Team within the ERS Services organization.  Our Implementation Services team leverages the extensive product and research knowledge of Moody's Analytics to help clients gain the full benefit of our offerings. Our services include coordination of ERS Services, client, and vendor teams and consultants; support for Moody's Analytics’ software-based solution implementation and deployment; product installations, integration, upgrades and configuration; modeling and data customization, conversion, and imports.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing all aspects of client deliverables.  This includes:• Working as a member of the Pre-sales Team, offering liaison services and consultation to the client to specify and determine requirements.  Consulting peers, as well as Moody’s Analytics staff in other locations to estimate and cost projects, assisting Sales in contract negotiation.  • Taking ownership of the development process.  Identify project risks, plan, organize and manage the deliverables across the development lifecycle, with “hands on” responsibilities as necessary.  Coordinate activities with external groups to Implementation Services, tracking progress of development against plan and budget.  Alerting senior management of issues that might impact successful on-time / on-budget delivery.• Coordination of post implementation support as necessary.  Creation of proposals for new development efforts based upon initial deliverables.• Managing the relationship with the client for the duration of the engagement. This includes managing the client’s expectations and managing the communication with the client. This also includes identifying and managing client-side risks.• Obtaining client acceptance upon the successful, on-time completion of the project.  Minimum Requirements:• Strong track record of successful and timely delivery of technical projects, preferably within a Financial Services environment.  Experience planning complex multidisciplinary projects in a global and multicultural organization.  Experience with banks preferred.    • Minimum of 5-10 years experience as a lead consultant or Project Manager, with primary responsibility for communication with the client. • The ability to successfully leverage and build upon relationships established by our management team in Sales and Implementation Services. • Experience in managing projects, implementations, and service delivery of external clients • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, delegating appropriately and managing priorities in a fluid, changing environment.• Actively oversee and manage all Functional Requirements, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Test Plans and User Acceptance Testing for assigned projects.• Understanding of technical concepts, operating systems and database systems such as Oracle and SQL Server.  • Knowledge of Internet Technology in general and how products designed using such technology can be deployed in commercially advantageous ways.• Clear written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts to a senior audience.• A strong client focused orientation with the drive and enthusiasm required to achieve results and assume customer satisfaction.   • Ability to provide coaching and mentoring to more junior employees.• Ability to provide training both internally and to clients on products and development processes.• Position requires approximately 30 – 40% travel to client sites Join Moody’s Analytics, the world’s leading provider of market-based quantitative credit risk products for credit risk investors.  Moody’s Analytics’ products are widely used around the globe by credit risk investors, including global and regional banking institutions, buy/sell side organizations and corporations, to assess the risk and return characteristics of portfolios of corporate bonds, commercial and industrial loans, and credit derivatives.
