Further information is available at www.moodys.com The Role / Responsibilities:We are currently in immediate need of a highly organized, detail-oriented and hardworking individual who has exceptional communication skills to work as part of the Financial Planning and Analysis group, supporting the ERS MA Business Unit. Support sales forecast and analysis for ERS business unit, with 3 areas of focus: Sales forecast:o    Develop short term sales forecast utilizing pipeline data.o    Develop long term sales forecast using various inputs. MA Management forecast/reporting:o    Consolidate ERS sales and revenue forecast.o    Maintain and enhance revenue model and input metricso    Manage preparation of monthly reports and variance analysis, identifying key focus areas for managemento    Develop materials for senior management presentations, discussions and reviews Corporate Forecasto    Assist with legal entity forecastingo    Prepare quarterly MD&Ao    Utilize planning systems to input and report forecast data. Qualifications:Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business discipline or progress toward equivalent accountancy qualification 4+ years of relevant financial experience with planning and analysis processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Prior experience working with senior leaders on financial planning and/or reporting Proven ability to manage projects including regular planning processes and adhoc analytical projects Able to work both self directed as well as part of a team Ability to work under tight and sometimes competing priorities. Superior skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Experience working with proprietary planning and reporting tools; ability to utilize systems functionality, extract data and manipulate to support reporting and planning processes Experience with software revenue recognition a plusThe Department / Team:The MA Admin department supports the financial planning and reporting for all MA business lines.  Our team focuses on revenue and sales analysis for the ERS organization.MIS and MSS Candidates are asked to disclose securities holdings pursuant to Moody’s Policy for Securities Trading.
