Job Summary The Insurance Specialist will be responsible for duties related to managing, organizing, implementing and coordinating the insurance programs and activities associated with all aspects of property, casualty, auto and claims administration.  This includes claim investigations as well as the timely and effective communication of all insurance claims.  In addition to supporting claims and risk management, the Insurance will also support various finance and treasury initiatives  Responsibilities   • Claims Management • Assist with filing claims and initial review • Manage all aspects of claims processing including liaison with adjuster and broker • Follow claims to close • Conduct quarterly claims review with Finance Team • Conduct semi-annual claims review with broker and underwriter • Certificate of Insurance Support as necessary • Provide support for certificates of insurance requests for all new locations  • Obtain certificates of insurance as requested • Assist with Policy Renewal • Maintain Statement of Values for all locations • Maintain Vehicle records • Assist with Safety Program • Help run and distribute existing financial and operational reports • Compile and analyze relevant financial and operational data • Support finance and treasury teams • Perform special projects and various ad-hoc requests as needed This job description is not an employment contract.  It does not guarantee a job or that the above listed duties are the limit of responsibilities.  The job and job description are subject to change with and without notice.  Employees are required to accomplish any and all tasks assigned to him/her by their Manager and/or other Home Office managers that my not be listed in this job description.
