Merrill Corporation, a major leader in the outsourcing industry is currently seeking a professional, articulate, well organized and customer service focused team member for our Pasadena client location. Description of ACTIVITIES/DAILY TASKS * Professional activities within our full service Records and Office Services operation include, but are not limited to:* Providing superb, proactive customer service * Creating files according to firm guidelines* Gathering, sorting and preparing documents for filing* Conducting inventory of Records Center and files on the floors* Preparing and processing files for storage* Work within an office services center setting, operate a photocopy machine and perform quality control. He/She may also image records, operate bindery equipment, prepare incoming mail for distribution and process outgoing mail, send/receive and distribute faxes, perform reception and hospitality duties and stock and maintain inventory levels of supplies. May participate in client communication and billing issue resolution. May also enter and maintain information in the Merrill Update system.
