PURPOSE/ SCOPE Corporate FSL Analyst working on a team responsible for the controlling of the FSL, through procedures and guidelines established/designed to minimize risks across the FSL.DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES•Reviewing all files to ensure proper procedures and guidelines are followed.•Working with various controllers throughout Kuehne + Nagel, identifying shortcomings in the FSL and working with them to resolve issues.•Coordinate the closing procedures each Month End ensuring all deadlines are met.•Monthly detailed conference calls with the branches reviewing file by file issues to be resolved and following up to ensure actions are taken.•Maintaining the traffic code structure and reporting of the FSL.•Generate Monthly reports (various reports used by controllers and branches)•Maintain and update FSL KNET page•Development of KPIs, ad-hoc reports, and new analysis’s as required JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION•Accounting Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent EXPERIENCE •Prior knowledge or working with the FSL is advantageous KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & TRAITS•High level of competence in Excel •Analytical skills•Accuracy is vital•Timelines upkeep•ACON and CIEL “know-how” (a must!)•Organized, detail-oriented, hands-on, and a team player•Strong personal drive and ability to think in different ways about a single challenge•Self-starter•Ability to follow through from beginning to end •Good Communication skills LANGUAGES•English OTHER REQUIREMENTS •Should have very strong operational knowledge related to MS Office (Excel, Excess, Word, PowerPoint), Monarch, CIEL, ACON New•Flexible work hours (ie. Month End)
