Job Description: The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for Chesley Brown International’s social media efforts relevant to client and employee engagement and sales. The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for brand protection and dissemination by reporting vital security related information in a timely and relevant manner on various web platforms and social networking sites. The right candidate will have excellent verbal and written skills, be creative, innovative, and a self-starter, and  Acknowledges that the scope of social media falls outside normal business hours and will require after hours contribution. Duties and Responsibilities   Works closely with corporate management to develop, coordinate and distribute comprehensive information for brand recognition and industry related information for Chesley Brown International. Be knowledgeable of relevant social media techniques and services. Ensures social media tools, feeds, and company information is timely, relevant, accurate and portray the desired image of Chesley Brown International. Experiments with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities to drive brand messaging with key audiences; sets benchmarks and captures learning’s/best practices. Collaborates with the Corporate Management, Sales and Operational teams to capture content for use on social media sites. Implements, manages and executes social media content development including daily content calendars. Manage and oversee current social accounts e.g., Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. Conduct daily research to identify relative trending topics that are relevant to Chesley Brown International, security industry and our clients. Manage the corporate website. Prepare outgoing marketing and press related items for distribution. Prepares and reports feedback of social engagements through weekly reporting and after targeted campaigns. Develops and manages relationships with external bloggers and traditional media; actively engages in media outlets to drive traffic to Chesley Brown International. Attends events on request to live-tweet and capture multi-media for content purposes.
