Job is located in Bellingham, WA.   Six Month Contract Opportunity to shine in the Oil & Gas Industry. We are looking for a self-motivated experienced expeditor to expedite and administer major purchases for an Oil & Gas project.  Our Expeditors assigned purchase orders to ensure all requirements specified in the purchase order are accomplished with regard to data supply, coordination of interfaces, timely inspection and on time delivery.   The expeditor will have the following responsibilities: Facilitate the timely flow of information and services to and from Suppliers, Engineering, Project Management and Construction Ensure terms and conditions of Purchase Orders are met for services and/or materials procured. Ensure timely submittal of drawings and data from Supplier and timely return from Engineering to the Supplier. Interact with Supplier and issue alert notices and reports as required. Log data into our Client’s database to track purchase history and progress. Review and approve supplier invoices for milestone payment terms of Purchase Orders. Review inspection reports for potential problems and further actions and attend meetings as required. Strong computer skills required. Excellent written and oral communication skills needed.
