Foreclosure Paralegal – Miami-Dade Familiarity with foreclosure litigation required Prepare Motion for Summary Judgment Packages/Final Judgment Packages     Preparing and sending AOIs for execution Request judgment figures from client Final review of Affidavits of Indebtedness and Assignment of Mortgages before sent for execution Update clients via LPS (Black Knight), Lenstar Must have strong computer skills; Word, Excel and Outlook as well as general understanding of    software systems; LPS (Black Knight), Lenstar. Responsible for coordinating contested/non-contested hearings within all Florida counties with Judicial Assistants and Opposing Counsel Request fees from clients and obtain approval Update client systems with hearing results and Orders entered
