Position: IT Helpdesk Support TechnicianLocation: Easton Area, PAMy clients are looking for the right person to join their IT Department as an IT Helpdesk Support Technician. The IT Helpdesk Support Technician will act as end-user support for all company owned computer applications and platforms. This is an in-office position only, this is not a telecommute position.They are looking for an energetic and motivated IT Professional to join their constantly evolving IT Department. The IT Helpdesk Support Technician will act as the first point of contact for technical problems and general inquiries. Day to day tasks include assisting users with application support and solving various hardware, software, and technical issues. This is an amazing opportunity to get your foot in the door at an established technology-forward company that is growing exponentially.Essential Job Functions� First line of contact for user-end issues, requests, etc.� Candidate must diagnose technical issues quickly and accurately while using experience and knowledge management resources to deliver solutions.� Heavy emphasis in providing direct remote resolution support� Provide help desk coverage, problem resolution, configuration, etc. for all workstation hardware, software, printers, peripherals, smartphones, etc.� Support end-user issues that require extended/after hour support. Note that we�re a 24x5 operation. You will be required to respond to mission critical issues during 2nd and 3rd shift as well as weekends when projects require it. � Responsible for receiving and documenting all user support issues in the IT help desk tracking application.
