PURPOSE The Resource Manager provides supervision of Wendy's Wonderful Kids adoption recruiters, Family Development Specialist, 30 days to Family Specialists, as well as oversight of adoption grants. Coordinates adoption program in foster care including: training, policy and procedure, recruitment, case planning, and permanency for children in foster care. Reviews completed assessments of resource placements. Assist with finding connections and permanency of children. Ensure compliance of contracts.
