Mô tả công việc

- Be well-informed about law, update regularly new decree, resolution in issued Law.
- Staff, advise for BOD and Department/ Division about legal problems related to business activities of company.
- Be active in solving and staffing BOD to settle generated legal situations in economy commerce, civil, labor, tax, insurance… to optimize the right of company.
- Consider and decide Contracts and internal documents before submitting to BOD for signature and issuing.
- Advise and prepare legal documents, join to resolve/ litigate generated problems about disputing rights between partner companies and labor.
- Manage, organize, assign tasks, guide, support, examine and have responsibility for all work qualities of division ‘s legal advice.
- Staff, support divisions in assigned major field.
