Leading plastics manufacturer is seeking an industrial maintenance manager for an innovative and team-oriented work environment.   As the Industrial Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment and providing maintenance support to all aspects of the manufacturing processes. This position directly supervises all maintenance department personnel and reports to the Plant General Manager.    Job Responsibilities Directly supervises maintenance technicians in accordance with     company policies and applicable laws. Ensures equipment is properly maintained to meet production schedules and quality standards. Analyzes discrepancies to devise and implement a plan of action. Directs the preventative maintenance program and maintains the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Manages projects from development to completion which may include installations, upgrades, modifications, and/or deconstruction of equipment, systems or facilities. Works cooperatively with production managers to identify areas of waste and makes proposals for reducing costs and improving efficiencies. Develops relationships with contractors, parts vendors and equipment manufacturers. Establishes and maintains spare parts inventory. Adheres to all company, state and federal safety regulations; administers OSHA required trainings; and participates in plant safety committee. Works hands-on to perform maintenance activities. Completes all reports and documentation as required.
