The primary purpose of the Maintenance Supervisor position is to assist the Maintenance Manager in supporting the terminal team in the full range of duties and responsibilities involved in the maintenance management of the facility, to provide backup coverage when the Maintenance Manager is out or unavailable, to gain a more in-depth knowledge and understanding of both the operational and administrative responsibilities; develop and exhibit the necessary leadership, analytical/decision making and managerial skills.
