Johnson Service Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (CNC) for a full time direct hire position in Phoenix, AZ.  Primary responsibilities include the following: Provide all engineering duties necessary to support CNC machining operations. Computes cost factors and prepares estimates used for management purposes such as planning, organizing, scheduling work, preparing bids, selecting vendors or subcontractors and determining cost effectiveness. Conducts special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or effect cost reductions. Consults with clients, vendors or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues. Conducts research and/or development projects associated with the design and development of new products and services. Prepares project plans and manages resources to ensure compliance of customer needs. Determines the most cost-effective integrated fabrication and inspection method to meet customer requirements
