• Minimum 4 years’ experience within marketing in the MT in the FMCG industry
• Strong reporting skills, numeric ability and sales analysis
• Good management skills, strategic thinking, business acumen
• Superior skills in with Excel, Good skills in Word & Power Point
• Has good foundations and understanding of Trade Marketing and in-store activation
• Dynamic with good analytical skills and capable of multi-tasking
• Pro-active, adaptive, and good follow-through
• Positive attitude, result oriented, resourceful, innovative,
• Be able to travel and work with minimum supervision as well as a team player
• Strong command of English in writing & speaking

Mô tả công việc

• Responsible for setting up reporting templates and managing monthly reporting and other Ad-hoc reports, as required for the North region
• Responsible for promotional program coordination across all Food and Beverage brands in Hanoi/North region
• Internal sales analysis, by customer, by channel to identify growth opportunities
• Work cross functionally with sales and marketing to implement key trade strategies including shelf planning and return on shelf investment/merchandising layouts/display
• Prepare monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders including Sales reports, A&P report coordination, promotional calendar updates and promotional analysis.
• General marketing team support including, collation of annual budgets, and forecasts
• Responsible for recruiting, training & developing staff, as required
• Other tasks as communicated by Marketing Manager
