Watch our video to see what we mean: http://bit.ly/ARCall    PURPOSE:  Manages and conducts training activities to include development of curriculum and delivery of job specific training related to medical billing, business office, and or new systems being released as well as creating eLearning while managing overall process by utilizing a Learning Management System.  Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develops course material according to the needs analysis and requests. Design eLearning materials, demonstrations, simulations using content creation software (Captivate, Articulate, etc.) by working with content experts. Coordinate and provide training to end users of business office, medical billing, and system related training through classroom instruction and one-on-one coaching. Update and maintain systems manuals and end user documentation used for training. Collaborates with departments to identify training needs and develops training documentation specific to medical Practice Management applications, workflows, and/or departmental processes. Participates in system upgrades through analysis, testing and development of documentation to support workflows and procedures. Provides training for staff on new system functionality relevant to practice area and/or job. Maintains certifications as required. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists the Staff Development Manager and team members with identifying other training needs, developing training materials, and conducting training. Utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS) maintains attendance records and program evaluations. Identifies internal and external training resources and coordinates scheduling as needed. Assists with New Employee Orientation as needed. Conducts new hire follow-ups as needed. Attends meetings, participates in workgroups and/or serves on committees as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
