Duties Include Communicate with our vendors via email and phone to resolve issues/questions. Communicate with potential customers via email and online chat to answer questions and give quotes. Communicate with our existing customer base via email and online chat that prefer this method of communication rather than calling into our office. Offer the necessary support to our sales team within our proprietary sales software. Troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently to provide outstanding support and solutions. Navigate calls to the appropriate people. Provide considerable knowledge of our equipment, pricing and process to our customers. Provide excellent customer service to all and the ability to listen effectively
