Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for communicating and negotiating all landlords, suppliers, vendors, contracts for all related issues;
• Plan, develop and supervise staffs to ensure the effective procurement of goods and services;
• Ensure office facilities and equipments both in Hanoi office and POS are be controlled in good condition and ready for use;
• Supervise and control all administration activities and expenses, such as stationeries, printers, faxes, photocopier, car rental, telephone, internet, fast express, …;
• Service/trading contract preparation;
• Maintain and update Procurement & Logistics' procedures;
• Other tasks as assigned by Hanoi Branch Director.
