Ref ID: 03200-9735653Classification: Systems AnalystCompensation: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 per yearThe Global Resources Reporting Analyst supports the data acquisition and auditing functions associated with employee and partner performance, customer billing, and general Quality Assurance. The role includes, but is not limited to: helping analyze data, creating reports, and refining performance metrics; reviewing the incident management system and customer data for weekly reporting; and, compiling Affiliate call volume and performance data weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Additional duties may include ad-hoc reporting, auditing, or administrative requests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Reporting Analyst serves as a key support member in the Global Resources Team responsible for: Review service incidents, coding and pricing report daily/weekly; making such corrections as needed to ensure data integrity Assist Management by compiling weekly/monthly Affiliate performance reports Assist Manager with creating new reporting requests and developing appropriate KPI, including Quality Assurance, Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, etc. Other Duties The Reporting Analyst will be cross-trained in the essential duties of the Pricing Analyst and will be called upon to provide occasional audit support and contract analysis. Additional administrative tasks may be assigned, as needed. Minimum Qualifications Experience: A background in accounting, auditing, or data analysis is required. A 4-year degree in accounting or business, or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to work in a cross functional team. Ability to multi-task in a highly technical, fast paced environment. The successful Reporting Analyst will be an individual with a strong attention to details; having the ability to analyze data and extrapolate, providing suggestions for improved performance or refined data collection.
