Benchmarkinc is recruiting a sales design consultant for a ceramic floor covering store. This family owned and operated company has been a key place for architects and designers to shop since 1983. As a Sales Design Consultant you will responsible for executing sales strategy, initiating contact with existing and potential customers, identifying and qualifying customer needs, presenting and selling appropriate solutions to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for opening and closing and maintaining the store. Responsibilities • Assist customers in buying process • Prepare accurate quotes for customers • Perform order entry and complete purchase orders • Enter and track customer interactions in software system â €¢ Attend company meetings as necessary • Work with Director of Sales to set a sales goal and then Meet this goal through client retention, average ticket and close rate productivity • Ensure that all samples are put away correctly and in a timely manner
