Senior Director of Implementations Location: Austin, TX  Reports to: VP of Professional Services  Travel: 20 – 30%, possible international travel    Summary:  The Senior Director of Implementations will lead the entire practice of Accruent’s Siterra Product Line.  The team’s goal is to provide all of our customers with a world class implementation experience with our products which will ultimately lead to even higher levels of customer satisfaction and retention.  This is an exciting and unique opportunity to lead Accruent’s largest and most profitable business division with expected high-level growth in the future.  Siterra’s Product Line: www.accruent.com/products/siterra     As the Senior Director of Implementations you will be responsible for all the business activities & operations as well as “change the business" initiatives within Siterra.  This includes the direct control of the team that is responsible for the client implementations.  To be successful, you must possess strength in the areas of complex project management, financial measurement and management, team leadership and development, problem-solving, and process definition and improvement.   Duties: Lead the strategic direction and growth of Siterra Professional Services division through effective leadership, team management, financial P&L oversight, resource planning and customer satisfaction Serve as the primary Business Development interface to the Accruent Sales resources working in the same product line as you and your team.  Up to 50% of the time will be spent working on Business Development that leads to the creation of new backlog for your team.
