Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a Vice President of Operations for a growing healthcare provider in the greater Boston area.This unique role is the primary contact for an innovative leading health care provider seeking market differentiation.  This role is responsible to ensure operational excellence in all services provided by coordinating activity of the managers responsible by engagement using CSS modeling.  This position will also be significantly involved in the strategic planning for the client related to our services. This position must focus on operations and execution for success  that will ensure all services are delivered in accordance with Sodexo standards and negotiated contract requirements. These standards and requirements are delivered on-time and within established budgets that result in high customer satisfaction and client loyalty.  Accordingly, a deep understanding of Sodexo healthcare core standards for Food, ES, SRC, Transport and POM is highly desired.  The successful candidate will possess outstanding service skills, be exceptional at verbal and written communication, and have strong financial acumen based on running profitable business.  This position will assist the team to provide outstanding experiences for clients, patients and customers in all settings.   This manager will work collaboratively with several generations in the workplace to make every day a better day for our clients and patients and customers.  This leader will plan, organize, and inspire a team of managers to deliver service excellence and expected outcomes in all supported departments.    This position is also responsible for the positive outcomes for all planning, organizing and the Sodexo Brand at all service experiences in a respectful and appreciative manner.  The successful candidate will be exceptional in service delivery, have the ability to advance outstanding client relations, be solutions oriented and enjoy leading people.  This candidate will lead management teams to innovate to exceed client expectations, as well as acting as an active member of the client’s executive leadership team.  He/She must have the ability to bring forward innovative ideas and also deploy them in an effort to enhance the patient/customer experience.  Previous senior level experience in the healthcare setting and international experience helpful; experience with DOH regulatory guidelines is also preferred.  A Master’s Degree is also preferred.In Sodexo Healthcare, Patients are the heart of everything we do and we welcome you to join our team with this career opportunity.
