Business Systems Analyst This position is a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Privileged Access Controls team and responsible for ensuring the principles of least privilege through the validation of a high volume of user access requests to various information systems throughout the enterprise, as well as supporting certification and compliance/audit efforts based on accurate historical access data. Major activities will relate to the review and management of security compliance events related to privileged user access, nootification to responsible leaders and follow up to remediate problems. Other activities include data analysis, reporting and audit request support. Good proficiency with: MS Excel - Data entry and analysis, VLOOKUP, basic scripting, data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas, and macros. RSA Archer - work request management (desirable) MS Access - data entry, data relationships, importing and exporting to Excel, and reporting (a plus) Functional experience with: MS Word MS PowerPoint MS Visio MS SharePoint Other experience: Data base management skill (Basic understanding of data integrity and uniform procedures) Work queue or ticketing management to resolve issues as priorities arise Excellent written, inter-personal, collaboration and communication skills Ability to work with technical teams to understand and action process flows Detail-oriented, quick learner, well-organized, able to process large volumes of data and information Highly organized and able to follow through to meet requirements and deliver on time Experience working in an information technology/operations/security organization preferable Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM), distributed system administration, or compliance/audit a plus
