Job is located in Florham Park, NJ.   CORPORATE TRAINING MANAGER NEEDED FOR FAST-PACED REAL ESTATE FIRM! Westminster Management, LLC, responsible for the management of more than 20,000 multifamily apartments, as well as 8 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space is currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic self- starter for this newly created position of  Corporate Training Manager.   Summary: This high-profile position drives the company vision and strategic direction by creating, coordinating, and delivering scalable and effective learning solutions that support a wide audience across all levels of the organization.    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  One must be able to perform the essential functions of the job; which include, but are not limited to the following (Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs):   Develop understanding of key business drivers and how to translate those into effective training programs that develop and improve skill levels across the organization. Build and demonstrate understanding of company initiatives, style and culture. Conduct training needs analysis:  Confer with management, supervisors and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand needs of each property. Coordinate all activities related to the planning, development, delivery and organization of training programs including field-based training, compliance and industry training and online learning programs.  Use creative techniques in blending different learning strategies with traditional training methods to maximize learning. Implement training schedule and manage organization of sessions/workshops. Work closely with operational and management staff, fostering strong relationships and departmental support. Be a proactive resource to staff, providing coaching to staff during training and in-between sessions. Formulate teaching outline and collaborate on instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops. Create evaluations of trainings to be provided after all sessions, tracking effectiveness and messaging and make recommended refinements and feedback to operational staff. Continually review and update sessions and materials. Compile data and analyze past and current year training requirements to prepare budgets and justify funds requests. Maintain current knowledge by studying changes in the industry and the field of training/development. This position will be required to travel – a minimum of 50% of the time – to all properties throughout NY, NJ, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Indiana. Preferred location will be NJ or NY office, but will consider remote candidates in geographical areas of property locations.
