You will work as part of a team, and in the role interact with other departments to provide a seamless service experience to our clients.While you absolutely need computer skills, and ability to troubleshoot and perform basic computational math, this role is a great starting point for your Paylocity career!  This role is ideal for recent college grads, and those from the hospitality, retail or other service-based industries, or those from other payroll service bureaus with a strong history of excellent performance.  It is not an easy job but it is a rewarding.  We provide 9 paid weeks of solid training to gain industry and Paylocity-specific knowledge on our products and services.Performance Objectives:Provide thorough, accurate and ethical customer support to our clientsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team membersApply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to research, troubleshoot, and walk clients through our products to provide solutions to our clientsMaster our web-based products and software applications while working on multiple monitors and applications simultaneouslyRespond to up to 50 calls and emails daily while consistently providing quality service, accurate answers, solutions, and follow-throughAssist with special projects as assignedWork overtime as needed, especially during year-end (October – February)Other duties as assigned
