Data Entry Clerk $14.50 per hour The primary responsibility for this position is data entry. The applicant will be required to create customer cases in our customer connection system. Although the process is repetitive in nature, there are several steps involved. In addition, each customer profile case is different and the applicant will be required to:Recognize what data is missing and will require inputHow to locate the relevant information to fill in the missing dataVerify if cases have previously been created in the customer's name to prevent duplicatesHow to update owner informationAttach additional documents from previous closed cases The system itself functions through dropdown menus as well as data entry fields. In terms of productivity, a trained applicant should be able to process 70+ cases per day. Applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Office. Skills:Must enter 6000 keystrokes per hour with high degree of accuracy.Applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Office. Education:High school diploma or equivalent. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Please email resumes
