In this role the Director of Applications Development will oversee the operational development, administration, and support of the company's enterprise-wide applications. The Director of Applications Development will also work closely with key decision makers in every department to identify cost-effective technology solutions throughout the company. Daily responsibilities will be broken up between working with business managers to identify needs and requirements, collaborating with the VP of IT to develop strategies and also developing and maintaining the IT organizational structure to support those needs. The Director of Applications Development will also be responsible for the overall performance of the company's enterprise applications and eCommerce initiatives. Our client is looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 years of IT leadership experience and at least 5 years experience in enterprise application strategic planning.
