Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services/Custodial Manager for a Mount Sinai hospital located in the near west side of Chicago. This is a second shift opportunity (4:00pm-1:00am) with some flexibility to fill in as needed on other shifts. This position will be responsible for the supervision of approximately 20-25 employees covering training, and quality assurance in a fast paced healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, along with excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. The candidate must have strong leadership experience as well as relationship-building skills. The candidate must also have the ability to identify and execute multiple priorities. May require alternate shifts & weekends depending upon the needs of the account. Operating systems including FOSS and CARES, TRAKKAR and SHINE.
