An HR Administrative Assistant job in Irvine, CA is available courtesy of Adecco Engineering and Technical. Successful candidate should have an Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent experience along with experience in a service-provider environment required, preferably in the HR related field. You will be responsible for the on-boarding process of new hires for six field offices including; background checks, drug testing, time entry training, and company required orientations. You will also be responsible to provide Associates with guidance on payroll, benefits and policies. The salary for this long term contract position is $18.00 per hour. HR Administrative Assistant job responsibilities include:• Responsible for the on-boarding process of new hires for six field offices; including; background checks, drug testing, time entry training, and company required orientations. • Work with various client specific screening requirements and must be able to understand the specific screenings for each client and ensure the correct screenings are conducted and completed. • Maintains front end office system with new hire and on boarding data.• Ensures all new hire paperwork is completed, signed, and maintained for all Associates. Must be 100% compliant• Provides Associates with guidance on payroll, benefits and policies.• Liaises with recruiting staff to ensure highest level of support is met.• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications: • Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent experience along with experience in a service-provider environment required, preferably in the HR related field. • One year of experience required• PLEASE NOTE this is NOT a HR Generalist role. It is an admin role processing on-boarding for new hires and assisting with other general admin duties.• Knowledge of current employment practices abiding by federal and state laws and Company policies preferred.• Excellent customer service skills required, along with the ability to multitask, set priorities, and interface with all levels of staff, management and clients.• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).• Should possess strong initiative, solid judgment, and excellent problem solving skills.If you are interested in this HR Administrative Assistant job in Irvine, CA then please click APPLY NOW.
