An automotive supplier has immediate opening for an Industrial Engineer -Kaizen Leader in their Northeast Georgia plant. The position will be responsible for providing engineering support to new manufacturing product lines. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization! Responsibilities: * You will lead or participate in Kaizen activities to ensure continuous improvement in processes, products, components, raw materials, and equipment. * Manage, champion and implement cost reduction improvements. * Support product launches with cross-functional team. * Perform capacity analysis on manufacturing processes and interface with customers. * Support defect investigation and defect reduction. * Responsible for capacity improvements, peak cycle reduction, line balance, change-over and other process improvements.
