Job Summary:   Key Responsibilities: Plan and order materials required to satisfy internal customer demand across 30 locations nationwide Ensure effective inventory control companywide through site visit to conduct training and audits, as well as assisting remotely with cycle count program and bi-annual inventories. Manage excess/obsolete materials inventory and drive  programs to support lean inventory Owner of barcode system used for inventory control at all sites   Share in creation and management responsibilities for master item table   Field customer request for item inventory availability and/or projected lead times   Coordinate material movements across 30 locations   Maintain and propose new network optimization for distribution The Materials Analyst position at Cosentino is related to planning, procurement, material master and inventory control.  Key areas of responsibility include insuring the correct material is available at the correct location and at the right time, control of inventories across our warehouses and fabrication facilities and setting up and maintain material in the company systems.
