We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Patient Services Manager in Louisville, KY.As our Patient Services Manager, you will manage a best in class patient dining experience for the patients at this hospital. Your success will be measured by your ability to:Effectively manage a high volume patient tray line operationExceed Sodexo standards for Gold Check auditsEvaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services programThe ideal candidate has recent experience managing a patient services program, understands the importance of patient satisfaction, is able to evaluate and recommend improvements and quality assurance programs targeted to help improve patient satisfaction.
