RN / LPN Qualifications: • Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania • Have at least one year of verifiable work experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Nurse (RN) • Graduate of an accredited nursing school as indicated by school transcript or diploma • CPR certification (hands on course including infant, pediatrics, and adults) • Prior infant / pediatric experience a plus but not required RN / LPN Responsibilities: • Assessments • Monitoring (general and for seizure activity, risk for aspiration etc.) • GT care / feedings • Medication administration • Wound care • Respiratory treatments • Positioning / transfers / use of adaptive equipment • Coordination of Care with Physicians and members of the healthcare team • Client teaching • Maintaining medical equipment • High Tech clients: Tracheostomy care / Airway management / Ventilator support • Providing personal care 1:1 to client (i.e. bathing, grooming, dressing, oral feeding, toileting etc.)Founded in 1975 by J.
