RAC - MDS Coordinator - RN or LPN Successful Long Term Care provider in the St Louis, MO area is currently seeking a full time, experienced MDS Nurse that is passionate about MDS and understands the ins and outs of the entire process and why they are important. We are looking for a team player that wants to work for a stable company that offers opportunities for growth and advancement. Qualified candidates must have a valid RN or LPN license, at least 3 years experience in Case Management and MDS in a Long Term Care setting, and knowledge of the newest MDS 3.0.
