Our Shift Manager's assist with operating all front of the house operations in restaurant including deli and banquet services while effectively communicating with internal departments. They ensure our restaurants are in compliance with health standards, supervises and trains new staff, and assists the Restaurant Manager as needed all while providing superior guest service to patrons of the casino. Additional duties may include resolving customer issues, employee coaching, performance evaluations and nominations and resolving staffing issues.
