Our vision is to be a premier manager of managers through superior selection and oversight, operational excellence and a culture of compliance.Senior Manager, Mutual Fund Accounting Reporting and ControlThe Senior Manager position will be responsible for the vision, direction, oversight and accountability of the mutual fund accounting, reporting and control functions for Olive Street Investment Advisers and for all Bridge Builder Mutual Funds. This role is highly visible within the organization and requires regular interaction with a broad group of key senior leaders to ensure the creation and execution of a comprehensive risk-based governance and oversight model. In addition to coordinating all Finance activities, this role includes providing significant input to the existing Bridge Builder governance process, primarily in the areas of fund and financial control, and requires ongoing interaction with current Bridge Builder service providers and fund officers. This role will ensure the consistent development, implementation, and execution of accounting policies, procedures and financial reporting controls for all key aspects of the funds' operations and will be responsible for ensuring monitoring and oversight controls are in place to support proactive issue identification, escalation, and resolution. Key Responsibilities: • Provide leadership to team and ensure execution of all Finance/Accounting responsibilities associated with Olive Street Investment Advisors and Bridge Builder Mutual Funds • Participate as a key member of the Olive Street Operating Committee which has day-to-day management responsibilities for Olive Street and Bridge Builder funds and provide leadership and subject matter expertise to ensure the execution of a risk-based oversight and governance model for the funds• Develop annual budgets for all mutual funds within the Bridge Builder Mutual Fund complex including determinations for cost allocation across multiple funds• Monitor and approve all fund expenses/disbursements • Review and sign-off on fund financial statements and regulatory filings in support of control procedures, annual audit requirements, and principal financial/executive officer certifications• Coordinate external audit efforts with service providers and external auditors
