Senior Reporting Analyst North Hollywood, CA   Job Description:   Senior Reporting Analyst for a leading national physician's group located in Los Angeles, CA.   Analyst will develop reports and maintain databases using Microsoft Access and Crystal Reports. Develop documentation and/or user guides for processes and databases. Collaborate with internal personnel and departments. Senior Reporting Analyst will pull project-specific data, streamline departmental processes, clean and scrub databases, and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis. Create and implement project plans as well as perform needs assessment for clients requesting analyses.   Skills/ Qualifications:   4+ years of reporting and data analysis experience required. 2+ years of healthcare experience strongly preferred. Expertise working with Crystal reports. Microsoft Access tables, queries, forms, macros and databases. Excel spread sheets, using formulas, pivot tables, filters, groups as well as reports in Microsoft Access and Excel. Strong expertise in the construction and execution of basic SQL Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other departments. Compensation:   $90,000-$95,000/year Annual Incentive Bonus ($4,000) Highly competitive Paid Time Off and Benefits Package including 401k and Employee Stock Purchase options   Conditions of Work:   Monday-Friday, business hours Team-based office environment
