Title: Supply Chain Controller Function: Sales Department: Merchandising Reports to:  Sales Merchandising Controller Direct Reports: None   Overall Job Function: Responsible for supply chain management for the market, including the flow of our products from the distribution centers to the customer. Job Responsibility including but not limited to: Ensures that the garment placement is completed appropriately throughout all store locations and at the right business time. Coordinates selling and stock balance for all stores, districts, regions and Distribution Centers. Works with Merchandisers and Controllers to ensure allocation placement is done correctly. Trains and develops the Merchandisers and Controllers on supply chain management knowledge to strengthen their ability to have a good overview of the selling and stock balance on their concepts and stores and what actions should be taken when needed. Influences and finds best practices to increase the garment service level. Optimizes sales logistics for all markets. Conducts store visits to follow up on planned actions to actual result in the store, and to identify business opportunities within supply chain management.   Financial Accountability: N/A   Minimum Candidate Qualifications: Bachelors Degree, preferably in business, merchandising or finance. At least 2 years in a financial or business analyst position. At least 2 years in a retail management is preferred. Competencies: Strong analytical skills. Detail oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills. Sales driven and results-oriented. Able to take complex theory and systems and translate to user knowledge. Ability to work at a high level with Microsoft Excel. Strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Ability to coach and train all levels of employees on subject expert knowledge. Ability to communicate and persuade business needs for supply chain. Job Status: Exempt EEOC: PRO
