The Florida Region of Carrier Enterprise sells residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through dealers (independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier, Bryant, Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets). We currently have an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented Call Center Customer Service Representative. This position is based at our Orlando Hub location. Company Website: http://www.carrierenterprise.com/ Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this position will provide support to the Customer Service Call Center function. This position serves as a liaison between the customers and the company regarding product availability, delivery, order status, warranties status and problem resolution. General Responsibilities: Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: Entering customer orders Account management Backlog maintenance Providing minor technical assistance to external customers Working close with other departments such as Credit, Warranty, Sales and Warehouse Operations; and address    customer inquiries related to open orders Providing pre-order and post order support; order management from the point of entry to invoicing; customer service in a call center environment, and working closely with vendors and warehouses, credit and sales department.  Provide warranty support (to include but not limited to, entering claims, answering phones, faxes, and  emails) to  customers, store and sales staff in the Florida region Track and follow-up with customers, store and sales staff on outstanding warranty issues and exceptions  Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of customer service experience or Associates Degree with 2+  years of customer service Experience preferably in a call center. Must have strong customer service soft skills Must be well organized and detail oriented Should be proficient in MS Office and possess the ability to problem solve and multi-task Our products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, so experience working with contractors and industrial equipment is preferred.
